About This Service
Like any form of change you wish to embark on you have to believe in and have the will to change. Change cannot come in the form of persuasion from family or friends but is most effective when you yourself are wanting to see and reap the benefits of becoming a non-smoker.
The Initial Consultation will be a 20 minute phone call followed by a 2 hour session either online or in person to help you become the non-smoker.

This helps ensure you're fully committed to becoming smoke-free - the single most important factor in success. This is followed by a comprehensive 2-hour session (available online or in-person) where we use intensive hypnotherapy techniques to help you become a non-smoker. The session includes understanding your smoking patterns and triggers, education about nicotine addiction, deep hypnotic work to break subconscious associations, and installation of new, healthier patterns and responses.
