We'll identify your existing strengths and resources, then I'll guide you into a deeply relaxing trance state. This is where the real work happens, as your subconscious mind becomes receptive to positive suggestions aligned with your goals.
Step 3: Building on Success
Each session begins with celebrating your progress - we'll explore what's been better, even in small ways. This positive focus creates momentum that we harness during the hypnotherapy portion.
