How Hypnotherapy Works
My process is simple, transparent, and designed to be a collaborative partnership from start to finish.
Step 1: Initial Consultation
We begin with a 20-minute initial conversation at no cost to you. This is a chance for you to ask questions, discuss your goals, and for us to see if we're a good fit to work together. It's a relaxed conversation where we'll discuss the best course of treatment for you.
Step 2: Initial Consultation
Our first full session involves a detailed discussion about your preferred future. We'll explore your strengths and resources and gather some information from you to help me understand your needs and desires for positive change. You will also get an easy to digest and understand neuroscience explanation of the brain.
Step 3: The First Session: Building Momentum
Your first full session will be talk based with some targeted questions to help you focus on the positive changes you are making, no matter how small. We then use this momentum in our trance work to reinforce progress and build and start making lasting change.
Step 4: Empowerment & Moving Forward
My goal is to empower you with the tools and a mindset for you to continue your progress independently. Solution-focused hypnotherapy is typically a brief therapy, and you'll be equipped for long-term success in a relatively short time.
