Defiance, Resilience and Determination
It's taken longer than I had wanted or expected to get this Newsletter to you but hooray here it is!
There have been a few obstacles but in true Solution Focused fashion I have worked through them in small manageable steps to get to this point. I am not going to lie, it has been trying and exhausting. There is no point glossing over our feelings. In the spirit of openness and honesty I believe in being upfront. In fact, I believe we should celebrate all of our feelings, even the possibly not so pleasant ones.
Why, I hear you ask..? Firstly, they let us know we are human. Understanding our emotions and being able to validate them is key to the ability to work through and find your solutions.
